Independent testing found it launches higher than typical shafts without adding excessive spin.

About the Ping G425 LST head

The G425 LST was the low-spin head in Ping's G425 line, built to bring peak height down for a flatter, more penetrating flight. It suits you if you already launch the ball high and want to turn some of that height into forward distance. Available here in 9° and 10.5°, with Ping's adjustable hosel for loft and lie after the build.

Choosing weight, flex and grade

The number is the shaft's weight class; flex should match your speed and tempo. If you know your fitted spec, choose that, or email customerservice@thetourtruck.com before ordering. Excellent heads show minimal play, Very Good normal light wear, Good clear but cosmetic wear.
