Who we are

The Tour Truck is operated by The Tour Truck LLC, an online golf retailer based in Oceanside, California. We sell golf club components — driver and fairway wood heads, shafts, grips and headcovers — and we assemble custom clubs to order using those components.

New and pre-owned

Most of what we sell is pre-owned. Our custom-built clubs are assembled from pre-owned heads and shafts, and the majority of the individual components in our catalog are second-hand tour and retail inventory. Where an item is new, we say so in the product title. We list the specific model, loft, flex, length and adapter for every item so you know exactly what you are buying before you order.

We are not an authorized dealer for, and are not affiliated with, Callaway, TaylorMade, Titleist, PING, Fujikura, Graphite Design, Mitsubishi, Project X or any other manufacturer whose products we resell. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

How we work

Orders ship within 3 business days of being placed, by UPS Ground, with tracking. Custom-built clubs are assembled to your chosen specifications before they ship, which is included in that window. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-custom items. Custom-built clubs and custom shaft work are not returnable, since they are built to your individual specifications. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Where to find us

We sell through this website and on eBay. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a walk-in retail store; our Oceanside address is our shipping and returns facility.
