Shipping Policy

Order processing

Non-custom items ship within 3 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day. Custom-built clubs are assembled to your specifications and take 2 weeks to build before they ship.

Transit time and carrier

Typical shipping time ranges from 3 to 7 business days. Orders are shipped with UPS Ground.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility, so you can stay up to date with the progress of your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every US order. There are no additional handling fees added at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order arrives damaged, email customerservice@thetourtruck.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Returns

For returns and refunds, see our Return and Refund Policy. Returns are free: you can return any item, custom-built clubs included, within 14 days of delivery, and we send you a prepaid return label.
