Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are shipped out within 3 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day. Custom-built clubs are assembled to your specifications before they ship, which is included in that 3-business-day window.

Transit time and carrier

Typical shipping time ranges from 3 to 7 business days. Orders are shipped with UPS Ground.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility, so you can stay up to date with the progress of your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. There are no additional handling fees added after checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order arrives damaged, email customerservice@thetourtruck.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Returns

For returns and refunds, see our Return and refund policy. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery; buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
